Job Summary
A company is looking for an AWC Customer Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Service assigned customer accounts, maintain customer files, and process orders
- Initiate and conduct follow-up calls with patients to manage supply needs
- Review and ensure accuracy of patient paperwork and monitor supply usage
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
