Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWC Customer Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service assigned customer accounts, maintain customer files, and process orders
  • Initiate and conduct follow-up calls with patients to manage supply needs
  • Review and ensure accuracy of patient paperwork and monitor supply usage
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
