Job Summary
Customer Care Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for servicing customer accounts, processing orders, and managing patient supplies and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing files
- Process customer and patient orders while monitoring supply needs
- Handle customer complaints and produce reports as requested by management
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
- Strong work ethic and sound judgment
