Job Summary

Customer Care Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for servicing customer accounts, processing orders, and managing patient supplies and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing files
  • Process customer and patient orders while monitoring supply needs
  • Handle customer complaints and produce reports as requested by management
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and sound judgment
