Job Summary

Supporting BioMed customers through various channels, the full-time remote Customer Care Coordinator will manage database maintenance, appointment scheduling, and customer issue resolution while ensuring high-quality service and operational support.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues through multiple communication channels, ensuring satisfaction and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and execute customer requests with excellence in service
  • Accountable for productivity, attendance, and maintaining a professional work environment
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of related customer service experience
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  • Experience in customer relationship management preferred
