Job Summary
Supporting BioMed customers remotely, the full-time Customer Care Coordinator will manage customer communications, resolve issues, and provide operational and administrative support across various channels while maintaining a professional work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary to ensure satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare reports and manage scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
- Experience in customer relationship management preferred
