Job Summary

Supporting BioMed customers remotely, the full-time Customer Care Coordinator will manage customer communications, resolve issues, and provide operational and administrative support across various channels while maintaining a professional work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary to ensure satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality
  • Prepare reports and manage scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  • Experience in customer relationship management preferred
