Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Customer Care Department, ensuring high service levels and positive customer experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery methods, staffing levels, and implement necessary changes for improvement
  • Manage employee recognition, discipline, and handle escalated calls professionally
Required Qualifications
  • AA/BA in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of Medicare and Medical experience with payor and billing required
  • 10+ years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role focused on Customer Services
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects
