Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead and inspire a team of agents in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and workflows in the Customer Care department
  • Ensure service level and quality standards are met while conducting regular quality monitoring
  • Coach and mentor staff, resolve escalated issues, and establish partnerships with management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Contact Center experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to support all hours of operation, including weekends
