Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead and inspire a team of agents in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and workflows in the Customer Care department
- Ensure service level and quality standards are met while conducting regular quality monitoring
- Coach and mentor staff, resolve escalated issues, and establish partnerships with management
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Contact Center experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to support all hours of operation, including weekends
