Job Summary

- Design and facilitate training modules for Customer Care agents
- Evaluate training program success and coach new agents on customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Customer Service industry
- Experience developing content for customers and internal users
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their perspectives
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing resolutions to users
- Proficiency in prioritizing support requests and escalating issues as needed
