Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Optimisation Analyst for a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce permissions and make necessary changes to the system
  • Identify optimisation opportunities within Salesforce and support UAT on new releases
  • Analyze customer feedback and create/update process flowcharts and training materials


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Completion of a Sales Administration certificate and potential for Development certificate
  • Experience in operations support and customer-focused environments
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing multiple systems to achieve set KPIs/targets
