Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Optimisation Analyst for a 7-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce permissions and make necessary changes to the system
- Identify optimisation opportunities within Salesforce and support UAT on new releases
- Analyze customer feedback and create/update process flowcharts and training materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Completion of a Sales Administration certificate and potential for Development certificate
- Experience in operations support and customer-focused environments
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing multiple systems to achieve set KPIs/targets
