Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Care Professional for Mutual Funds, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior call experience by managing customer interactions from start to finish without relying on scripts
  • Build rapport with diverse callers to accurately assess situations and present appropriate solutions
  • Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
  • Ability to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday after training
  • Remote work requirements include a private, secure, distraction-free work area with reliable internet connection
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
