Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional - Soft Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, or chat
  • Utilize soft sales techniques to recommend products or services while resolving customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service call center position
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in soft sales or upselling
  • Some business classes or vocational/technical training is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
