Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional - Soft Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, or chat
- Utilize soft sales techniques to recommend products or services while resolving customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service call center position
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in soft sales or upselling
- Some business classes or vocational/technical training is preferred
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
