Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional Life Insurance Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior call experience by building rapport with diverse callers and presenting complex solutions
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Receive ongoing training and support to develop skills and advance within the organization
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-secondary education preferred
- Financial services or insurance experience preferred
- Experience navigating complex customer interactions and contributing to continuous improvement
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
