Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional Life Insurance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior call experience by building rapport with diverse callers and presenting complex solutions
  • Focus on quality and first-call resolution to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Receive ongoing training and support to develop skills and advance within the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-secondary education preferred
  • Financial services or insurance experience preferred
  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
