Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Care Professional in Mutual Funds for remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service and problem resolution without relying on scripts
  • Engage with callers of diverse backgrounds, navigate multiple systems, and focus on quality and first-call resolution
  • Assist clients in achieving financial clarity and meaningful lives through superior call experiences

Qualifications & Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Availability to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
