Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to customers, the full-time remote Customer Care Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and places calls to customers, addressing their needs and concerns regarding products or services
  • Engages in active listening to confirm information, diffuse escalated situations, and provide accurate solutions
  • Utilizes job-specific software and tools to manage inquiries and strives to meet call center metrics while delivering excellent service
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
  • Preferred experience or interest in the environmental and/or sustainability field
