Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to customers, the full-time remote Customer Care Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answers and places calls to customers, addressing their needs and concerns regarding products or services
- Engages in active listening to confirm information, diffuse escalated situations, and provide accurate solutions
- Utilizes job-specific software and tools to manage inquiries and strives to meet call center metrics while delivering excellent service
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
- Preferred experience or interest in the environmental and/or sustainability field
