Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Care Representative will efficiently triage incoming calls from members and pharmacies, provide support to call center staff, and document and escalate concerns to ensure quality care and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and resolve issues promptly
  • Support call center staff and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Document and escalate member and pharmacy concerns to appropriate internal teams
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of PBM or related healthcare experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced call center environment
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
