  • Meet personal/team targets and provide back-up support when necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, contact center experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to attend in-office training, meetings, and events
