- Handle customer contacts via phone for billing, technical troubleshooting, and content questions
- Translate technological jargon into easily understandable language for users
- Collect user feedback and relay it to the appropriate department for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work within Customer Care Department hours (7 am - 6 pm Pacific)
- Goal-driven and outcome-oriented work experience
- Curiosity about technology and ability to learn quickly
- Prior inbound and outbound customer service experience preferred
- A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
