Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer contacts via phone for billing, technical troubleshooting, and content questions
  • Translate technological jargon into easily understandable language for users
  • Collect user feedback and relay it to the appropriate department for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work within Customer Care Department hours (7 am - 6 pm Pacific)
  • Goal-driven and outcome-oriented work experience
  • Curiosity about technology and ability to learn quickly
  • Prior inbound and outbound customer service experience preferred
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
