Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to support their Animal Health line of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process phone orders and resolve customer inquiries
• Utilize SAP systems for account management and inventory allocation
• Build relationships with customers and address billing issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Midwest United States
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly Order to Cash components
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to work across departments and levels of employees
• BA/BS preferred
