Job Summary

A company is looking for a HME Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming requests for referrals for new orders and refills, including insurance verification
  • Build equipment orders based on patient medical records and coordinate patient services
  • Provide instructions to patients and coordinate delivery of requested services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with hospital operations
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with commonly used office software products
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
