Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
  • Manage a high volume of calls, averaging 60-80 per day
  • Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Rhode Island
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds
