Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
- Manage a high volume of calls, averaging 60-80 per day
- Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Rhode Island
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds
