Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - Wearables (Cardiology Device Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with applying and reapplying cardiac monitors
• Communicate with clinics regarding patient needs or concerns
• Process device returns and manage inventory for clinics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare role
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Currently enrolled in college for nursing or healthcare
• Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts
