Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of customer care or related experience; college degree preferred
- Six Sigma Certification is a plus
- Proven ability to implement process improvements that enhance service levels
- Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making based on data analysis
- Ability to work from home with access to high-speed internet and a suitable work environment
