Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
  • Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
  • Progressively manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in South Carolina
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and download speed of 30 mbps)
