Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
- Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
- Progressively manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in South Carolina
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and download speed of 30 mbps)
