Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Nevada.

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
• Provide personalized attention and support to customers
• Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Nevada
• 1 year of call center experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Basic typing and computer experience with navigational skills
• High-speed internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
