Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
  • Provide personalized attention and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Progressively manage a variety of tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Louisiana
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
