Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
- Provide personalized attention and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Progressively manage a variety of tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Louisiana
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
