Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and process mail related to customer inquiries, including billing and account updates
  • Research member accounts and communicate with clients regarding documentation issues
  • Maintain individual performance standards and departmental goals while ensuring accurate account documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work any shift, including a rotating schedule post-training
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have a secure, quiet work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
