Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and process mail related to customer inquiries, including billing and account updates
- Research member accounts and communicate with clients regarding documentation issues
- Maintain individual performance standards and departmental goals while ensuring accurate account documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work any shift, including a rotating schedule post-training
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have a secure, quiet work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
