Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls and assist members, clients, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60 - 80 inbound calls daily from members, clients, and facilities
- Provide personalized assistance and support to callers
- Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Missouri
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
