Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls and assist members, clients, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 60 - 80 inbound calls daily from members, clients, and facilities
  • Provide personalized assistance and support to callers
  • Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Missouri
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
