Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle 60 - 80 inbound calls daily from members, clients, and facilities
Provide personalized assistance and support to callers
Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in Missouri
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months of Customer Service experience
Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
