Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls per day
• Provide personalized assistance and support to customers
• Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must currently reside in Minnesota
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed internet access with specific upload and download speed requirements
