Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls daily
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to improve community access to care
  • Progressively handle more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Connecticut
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum requirements
