Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage customer orders and inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders, including manual entry and verification, while adhering to business rules
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding order placement, status, and returns, triaging as necessary
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, pricing, and order discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Sales Force and SAP is preferred
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong self-motivation and sense of urgency in completing tasks
