Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage customer orders and inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, including manual entry and verification, while adhering to business rules
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding order placement, status, and returns, triaging as necessary
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, pricing, and order discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Sales Force and SAP is preferred
- Ability to work in a Windows environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong self-motivation and sense of urgency in completing tasks
