Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Customer Care Representative who must live in the Midwest United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and process phone orders while utilizing SAP and navigating systems
• Identify and resolve customer issues, addressing inquiries and providing product support
• Build sustainable relationships through account management and function as a liaison between customers and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Midwest United States (Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin)
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly the Order to Cash components
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity
• Ability to work across departments with all levels of employees
• BA/BS preferred
