Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60 - 80 calls daily
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction
  • Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop


Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Rhode Island
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • Access to high-speed Internet with specified minimum upload and download speeds
