Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for the AU, UK, and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support partners by answering questions via chat or email and providing friendly responses
  • Create a positive customer experience through personalized interactions, including Zoom calls
  • Guide new partners post-onboarding and report customer insights for product improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a wellness business environment, using industry software
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Communications/PR, or a social-oriented role
  • Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage various requests simultaneously
