Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for the AU, UK, and EU regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partners by answering questions via chat or email and providing friendly responses
- Create a positive customer experience through personalized interactions, including Zoom calls
- Guide new partners post-onboarding and report customer insights for product improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a wellness business environment, using industry software
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Communications/PR, or a social-oriented role
- Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage various requests simultaneously
