Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to support partners in using their product and growing their wellness businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speedy and friendly support to partners via chat or email
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and migration processes
  • Report insights and feedback from customers to improve product features
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a wellness business using industry software
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role
  • Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Experience with tools like Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
