Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to support partners in using their product and growing their wellness businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speedy and friendly support to partners via chat or email
- Guide new partners through onboarding and migration processes
- Report insights and feedback from customers to improve product features
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a wellness business using industry software
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role
- Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Experience with tools like Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
