Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Washington DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls daily
- Provide personalized attention and support to customers
- Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Washington DC
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
