Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls daily
  • Provide personalized attention and support to customers
  • Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Washington DC
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
