Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming phone calls from members and pharmacies, resolving issues efficiently
  • Document and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of PBM or related healthcare experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
  • Bilingual Spanish and Medicare experience preferred
