Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Customer Care Representative who must reside in the Midwest United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Process phone orders and manage customer inquiries
• Utilize SAP to resolve customer issues and document account information
• Build relationships with customers and manage inventory allocation

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Midwest United States
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly Order to Cash components
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service
• Ability to work across departments and with all employee levels
• BA/BS preferred
