Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Rep II - Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
- Provide feedback on claim issues and support enrollment activities
- Document call information accurately and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
