Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Rep II - Virtual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
  • Provide feedback on claim issues and support enrollment activities
  • Document call information accurately and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
