Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and document actions taken on accounts
  • Address customer complaints, providing suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Fulfill customer order requests and assist with inquiries regarding order status and shipping information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center setting (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office software (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows
