Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Use multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and document actions taken on accounts
- Address customer complaints, providing suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Fulfill customer order requests and assist with inquiries regarding order status and shipping information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center setting (preferred)
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office software (preferred)
- Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows
