Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Dental and Vision callers with eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider location
  • Utilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issues
  • Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services staff


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
