Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dental and Vision callers with eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider location
- Utilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issues
- Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
