Job Summary
Customer Care Representative provides full-time remote support for Dental and Vision inbound callers, assisting with eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while ensuring a memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist callers with information regarding eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
- Act as a liaison between the organization and clients to resolve eligibility and appeal issues
- Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim issues to management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Experience in a virtual work environment is preferred
