Job Summary

Customer Care Representative provides full-time remote support for Dental and Vision inbound callers, assisting with eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist callers with information regarding eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients to resolve eligibility and appeal issues
  • Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim issues to management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Experience in a virtual work environment is preferred
