Job Summary

Providing exceptional service remotely, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist members, brokers, and providers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Resolve service requests and complaints efficiently while documenting all interactions for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • One or more years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and website navigation
  • Ability to adhere to a structured work schedule based around the central time zone
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
