Job Summary
Providing exceptional service remotely, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist members, brokers, and providers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Resolve service requests and complaints efficiently while documenting all interactions for quality assurance
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One or more years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and website navigation
- Ability to adhere to a structured work schedule based around the central time zone
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
