Job Summary
Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage 60-80 calls daily in a remote work environment, contributing to exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from members, clients, and facilities via phone
- Progressively handle more complex tasks as skills develop
- Maintain a high level of customer service and meet call volume expectations
Required qualifications
- Must currently reside in Mississippi
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum upload and download speeds
