Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities while working remotely from Mississippi.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
- Progressively manage a variety of tasks as skills develop, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to facilitate effective communication
Required qualifications:
- Must currently reside in Mississippi
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
- High-speed internet access with specific upload and download speed requirements
