Job Summary
Serving as the frontline voice of the company, the full-time Customer Care Representative will interact with North American customers via phone, chat, and email, providing excellent service and timely resolutions to inquiries related to orders and products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Resolve consumer inquiries regarding returns, cancellations, exchanges, and product recommendations efficiently
- Act as a product expert, maintaining knowledge of the company's website, features, and product offerings
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in phone-based interactions
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Ability to summarize and escalate issues quickly and concisely
- Strong passion for helping others and finding solutions
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
