Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist customers with disability and leave management claims, ensuring they receive the support needed to rebuild their lives after unexpected events.

Key responsibilities:
  • Initiate claims and provide exceptional customer service according to best practices
  • Promote digital self-service capabilities and accurately document claim information using multiple applications
  • Commit to the training and work schedule while maintaining a dedicated workspace free from distractions
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements
