Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls related to product orders and service issues remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level assessment and resolution of customer issues through inbound calls
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handle dispute escalations according to company procedures
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote required
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
