Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist customers with disability and leave management claims, ensuring they receive the support needed to rebuild their lives after unexpected events.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate claims and provide exceptional customer service according to best practices
- Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Accurately document claim information using multiple computer applications
Required qualifications
- A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Commitment to training and work schedule
