Job Summary

Seeking compassionate individuals, the part-time Customer Care Representative will provide exceptional support to users who are blind or have low vision, assisting with inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and onboarding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and texts regarding billing and product usage
  • Assist users with technical issues related to the Aira app and equipment to ensure a seamless experience
  • Educate new users on the features and functionalities of the Aira platform during onboarding sessions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Experience working with people with disabilities or accessibility technology
  • Basic understanding of smartphones and technology-related devices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
