Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing support and scheduling assistance while adhering to established guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
  • Provide general support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities for common technical issues
