Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time hourly capacity, the Core Customer Care Representative will deliver professional support for order, shipment, and service inquiries, utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud to document interactions and resolve customer issues effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve order, shipment, and service-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining clear communication with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth case transitions
- Build strong customer relationships through dependable follow-through and consistent, professional responsiveness
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in supply chain, business, communications, office administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in domestic order management, customer care, account management, or a related role
- Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar) including case management and order tracking
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, along with strong documentation and workflow-tracking skills
- Strong phone skills and effective communication abilities across various platforms
